Containers for communication devices

Purpose  

         Container for the communication station is aimed at installation of mobile telephone communication devices and assures their safety and optimum operation conditions as well as protects from external factors of environment (rain, wind, frost, heat, external noise, vibrations, etc.)

Technical details

  • External dimensions of the container 4400х2450х2900 mm (may be modified according to the customer’s request; containers without vestibule are available, external dimensions 3180х2450х2900 mm – КС - 1);
  • Fire-resistance of rooms: group A (incombustible) according to ČSN 73 0862, class Б1 ( incombustible) according to DIN 4102;
  • Load-bearing capacity of floor: 500 kg/ m2;
  • Heat resistance of the floor and ceiling: 1, 2 Wt/m2  0С;
  • Number of ventilation ducts: 4 units;
  • Weight of container: not more than 3000 kg.

Design standards
According to SniP (Building Norms and Regulations).

Structure

            Frame of container is welded from profile made of 3 mm thick sheet steel. Walls and the ceiling are made from 2 mm corrugated sheet steel, hermetically sealed in places of connection. Walls and ceiling is insulated by 50 mm thick rock wool “Isover”. Then walls and the ceiling are covered by cement and timber particle board made by the company “Centris” (thickness 10 mm). Boards are painted by water emulsion paint of the company “Beckers”. Floor of the room is covered by 24 mm thick board of the company “Centris” and then by antistatic linoleum. Doors are made from 2 mm thick profile sheet steel. Gap is filled with 50 mm thick rock wool of the company “Isover”. Locks of the company “ASSA” are installed in doors. Doors in containers are fastened on three hinges. Protective rods which do not allow to open the door after cutting of hinges are also designed. For ventilation of container ventilation ducts with regulation of air flow. 
            Electrical distribution panel with protection automated and joint for connection of autonomous power supply is located for electricity supply of devices of the container.
            In order to assure optimum operation conditions of the devices container is equipped with heating and ventilation systems. Safety of devices is assured by security and alarm systems, both local and with output to the central panel.

Anti-corrosive coating
            Metal part of the container inside is cover by priming and anti-corrosive coating “Moyil”. From the external part the container is covered by 80 micrometers thick epoxy primer and 40 micrometers thick polyurethane paint. Floor from the bottom is covered by protective anti-rust coating “Bitukas”. Protection from corrosion – 5 years.

Transportation
            Container is transported on the platform of mechanical vehicle or railway platform fastened in accordance with the traffic regulations and rules of freight carriage by railways.
