Structure Structure of the tower is made from separate elements interconnected by bolts Strips and horizontal elements of towers are made of hot rolled steel profile of tubular cross-section (yield strength 245...255 N/mm2). Diagonal elements are made of hot rolled angles (yield strength 245 N/mm2). Inside the tower is equipped with stairs for assembly, safeguarding profile and special brackets for cable fastening and rest grounds. Anticorrosive coating All elements undergo hot galvanizing. Depth of coating is not less than 90 micrometers, for fasteners – 40 micrometers.
Signal paint Adjusted with the customer. It is made by the joint-stock company Ltd. UAB “Vilniaus universaliųjų metalo konstrukcijų gamykla” at the factory. Painting in two layers: the first – epoxy priming, the second – polyurethane paint. Depth of the coating is not less than 120 micrometers.
Standard delivery of materials Set of metal structure elements and necessary fasteners, assembly and cable stairs and elements for fastening inside the tower. All materials are labelled and packed for transportation of the tower to the place of assembly.
