Application
Masts are aimed at provision of radio-relay communication and/or telecommunication. It is a stationary construction for 25 years of services. Masts may be used as inventory. In such case at 20 cycles of assembly and disassembly service time makes 10 years.
Principal features
Mast with braces from truss sections of triangular cross-section with a side of 941 mm. Height of mast: Н maх = 107 m, Н min = 41 m. Other: Н=Нmin+6хn, where n = 1, 2...11
Positioning
Ambient temperature from – 50 C tо + 50 С ; Black ice in the 3rd zone; Wind loads up to the 4th zone; Mean type of soil; Load of 2 antennas of 1,2 m diameter, 2 antennas of 0,6 m diameter and 2 panel antennas at the upper mark.
Design standards According to SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations)..
Structure
Masts consist of 6 m long sections interconnected by straps on bolts. Strips are made from special profile №335221, which is 60 degrees rectangular (yield strength 310 N/mm2). Braces are made from profile of tubular cross-section (yield strength 250 N/mm2). Structures are made according to SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations) and company standard ĮST 8671693-2002. Trusses for braces are made from hot galvanized steel wire. Number and cross-section of braces depends on height of mast and antenna load. At the top of the mast there is a ground for antenna service. Inside the mast is equipped with stairs for assembly, safeguarding profile and special brackets for cable fastening and rest grounds.
Signal paint
Adjusted with the customer. It is made by the joint-stock company Ltd. UAB “Vilniaus universaliųjų metalo konstrukcijų gamykla” at the factory. Painting in two layers: the first – epoxy priming, the second – polyurethane paint. Depth of the coating is not less than 80 micrometers.
Standard delivery of materials
Set of structure elements and necessary fasteners. Trusses of braces of necessary length with reserve as well as tightening devices. Assembly and cable stairs have elements for their fastening inside the mast. All materials are labelled and packed for transportation to the place of assembly.
