Application
Masts are used for provision of radio-relay communication and/or telecommunication.
Principal features
Mast with braces made from truss sections of triangular cross-section with a side of 330 mm. Height of mast: Н mах = 40м, Н min = 5m. Other: Н = Нmin + 5хn, where n = 1, 2, 3...7
Positioning
The lowest ambient temperature down to –40 С; Black ice in the 3rd zone; Wind loads up to the 4th zone; Load of 4 antennas of 1,2 m diameter at the upper mark

According to SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations).
Structure
Steel, welded structure, assembled on bolts, consists of 5 m long sections. Metal structure of the mast is made from steel round cross-section profile (yield strength 255 N/mm2). Structure is made in accordance with SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations) and company standard ĮST8671693-2002. Trusses for braces are made from hot galvanized steel wire. Number and cross-section of braces depends on height of mast and antenna load.
Anticorrosive coating
All elements undergo hot galvanizing. Depth of the coating is 90 micrometers, for fasteners and trusses 40 micrometers.
Signal paint
Adjusted with the customer. It is made by the joint-stock company Ltd. UAB “Vilniaus universaliųjų metalo konstrukcijų gamykla” at the factory. Painting in two layers: the first – epoxy priming, the second – polyurethane paint. Depth of the coating is not less than 120 micrometers.
Standard delivery of materials
Set of metal structure elements and necessary fasteners, trusses of braces of necessary length with reserve as well as tightening devices. Horizontal elements of structure are used as assembly and cable stairs. All materials are labelled and packed for transportation to the place of assembly.
