Application
Masts are used for provision of radio-relay communication and/or telecommunication.
Technical features
Masts with braces from truss sections of triangular cross-section and side of 630 mm. Height of mast: Н mах = 70м, Н min = 5 m. Other: Н = Н min + 5хn, where n = 1, 2, 3...7. Positioning
The lowest ambient temperature down to –40 С; Black ice of the 3rd zone; Wind load up to the 4th zone; Load of 4 antennas of 1,2 diameter at the upper mark.
Design standards
According to SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations).
Structure
Steel bolted structure made of 5 m long sections. Strips are made from round cross-section steel profile (yield strength 245 N/mm2). Diagonal and horizontal elements are made from cold rolled angle (yield strength 245 N/mm2). Structures are made according to SNiP (Building Norms and Regulations) and company standard ĮST8671693-2002. Trusses for braces are made from hot galvanized steel wire. Number and cross-section of braces is subject to height of masts and antenna load. Outside the mast there are stairs with safeguarding profile and special brackets for cable fastening.
Anticorrosive coating
All mast elements undergo hot galvanizing. Depth of coating is not less than 90 micrometers, for fasteners and trusses – 40 micrometers.
Signal paint
Adjusted with the customer. It is made by the joint-stock company Ltd. UAB “Vilniaus universaliųjų metalo konstrukcijų gamykla” at the factory. Painting in two layers: the first – epoxy priming, the second – polyurethane paint. Depth of the coating is not less than 120 micrometers.
Standard delivery of materials
Set of structure elements and necessary fasteners. Trusses of braces of necessary length with reserve as well as tightening devices. Assembly and cable stairs have elements for their fastening inside the mast. All materials are labelled and packed for transportation to the place of assembly.
