Delivery to the European countries and UIS countries

Our "mobile rooms" are delivered all over Europe and UIS countries, mainly on trucks with its own on-truck crane. Shortly after the truck arrives, containers are unloaded and handed over on a turn-key basis.  Delivery can, however, also be effected by rail or by ship.

You may also take containers of  “Takera” directly from the factory. Specify dimensions of your trucks and we’ll tell whether the load will fit on them. Loading of containers for you is for free.

Terms of delivery

Usually delivery time of containers is agreed in consultation between our sales department and the purchaser. If no particular time of day is agreed, as a rule trucks arrive in the first part of the day. Our drivers may also contact you on telephone to save time of waiting.

Conditions of delivery

You should find out whether our trucks can drive directly up to the construction site so that the reach of the crane will be sufficient. If this is not the case, you will need a special crane with a bigger outreach. In addition, the approach road should be a made-up road and offer enough room for manoeuvring the truck.

Someone from your company should be at the site when the containers are delivered because our truck drivers don’t know where the containers are to be set up. The construction site must be open when containers arrive to save long waiting times. Your contact person must also confirm the receipt of the containers.

Area for containers or container system is shown on drawings you obtain from us. Soil shall be firm and even. According to the static analysis, a foundation should be provided. We’ll supply you with a detail foundations plan.

Whether special permit for company’s “Takera” containers is needed apply to the competent building authority.

Changes of container system

In case some changes are necessary in the system, they should be carried out on spot by our specially trained assembly teams. In order to avoid waiting times, the assembly teams are sent off straightaway. In the case of extensions and conversions, our trucks are also set moving and the work is carried out as quickly as possible.
